Frequently Asked Questions
To add a new tracker:
- Navigate to the Assets page from the main menu
- Click the "Add Asset" button
- Fill in the asset details (name, description, type, etc.)
- Select an available tracker from the dropdown menu
- Click "Save" to complete the setup
The tracker will immediately begin transmitting location data to your account.
Creating a geofence is easy:
- Go to the Geofences page
- Click "Add Geofence"
- Use the drawing tools to create a polygon or rectangle on the map
- Enter a name for your geofence
- Click "Save Geofence"
Once created, you can assign geofences to specific assets to receive alerts when they enter or exit the boundary.
If your tracker isn't appearing on the map, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Check Power: Ensure the tracker has power (battery charged or connected to power source)
- GPS Signal: The tracker needs a clear view of the sky to acquire GPS signals
- Network Connection: Verify the tracker has cellular network coverage
- Account Assignment: Confirm the tracker is properly assigned to your company account
- Recent Activity: Check if the tracker has transmitted data recently (view last update timestamp)
If the issue persists, please contact our support team with the tracker's IMEI number.
To manage users:
- Navigate to User Management from the menu
- Click "Add User" to invite a new team member
- Enter their username and email address
- The new user will receive an email with instructions to create their password
All users within your company will have access to the same assets and tracking data, ensuring seamless collaboration.
To view historical routes and data:
- Go to the Map page
- Click on a tracker/asset to select it
- Click the "View History" button in the info panel
- Select your desired date range
- The historical route will be displayed on the map with timestamps
You can also access detailed reports including speed, mileage, and driving behavior events.
Push notifications keep you informed about important events:
- Geofence Alerts: Receive notifications when assets enter or exit geofenced areas
- Speed Alerts: Get notified of overspeeding events
- Harsh Driving: Alerts for harsh braking, acceleration, or cornering
- Low Battery: Warnings when tracker battery is low
- Ignition Events: Notifications for engine on/off events
You can customize notification preferences in the app settings. Make sure you've granted notification permissions to the app.
Our platform includes service record tracking:
- Navigate to Assets and select a vehicle
- Scroll to the Service Records section
- Click "Add Service Record"
- Enter service type, date, mileage, and next due date/mileage
- Add any relevant notes
The system tracks current mileage automatically and helps you stay on top of maintenance schedules.
Wired Trackers:
- Permanently installed in vehicles
- Connected to vehicle power and OBD-II port
- Provide detailed telemetry (engine status, mileage, fuel consumption)
- Report harsh driving events and advanced diagnostics
- Never need battery charging
Non-Wired Trackers:
- Portable, battery-powered devices
- Easy to move between assets
- Ideal for equipment, trailers, and temporary tracking
- Provide GPS location and basic movement data
- Require periodic battery charging

Common Issues and Solutions
- Verify your username and password are correct
- Check if Caps Lock is enabled
- Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Check your internet connection
- Try refreshing the page (F5 or Ctrl+R)
- Disable browser extensions that might block content

- Click the refresh button to update live locations
- Verify the tracker has cellular signal
- Check if the tracker is powered on
- Ensure GPS has clear sky visibility
- Check notification settings in your user profile
- Verify geofence assignments are configured correctly
- For mobile: Check app notification permissions in device settings
- Ensure your email address is verified
